This residential care home accommodates up to four people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, autism, sensory impairments or mental health diagnoses. At the time of inspection, three people were receiving support. The property comprises four self-contained flats, an office and a shared garden.

Inspectors found several concerns that the provider's systems had not identified. These included issues with COVID-19 practices, medicines management, risk assessment procedures, recruitment processes, handling of complaints and incident management. The home's infection prevention control measures were found to require improvement.
