Red House - Care Home

This residential care home accommodates up to 48 older people in single-storey premises designed with dementia-friendly features. At the time of inspection, 44 residents were living there, each with their own room, some including en-suite facilities, and access to various communal areas and accessible gardens.

Staff demonstrated strong commitment to residents' wellbeing, supporting their social and emotional needs while maintaining regular communication with family members. The home maintained robust infection control measures, with all staff and essential visitors required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment, complete NHS Track and Trace information, and have their temperature checked before entering the premises.
