Communal areas include a main dining room on the ground floor and a secure rooftop terrace.

Staff deliver person-centred care in a luxury environment featuring fine dining and high-quality hospitality. Residents and relatives were overwhelmingly positive about the service. One resident commented, "You simply cannot compare this level of care and service," while a family member noted their relative "has always had a classy lifestyle and we wanted to continue this.

They have the best care and I can assure you nothing else matches this in London. " The home maintains a warm, welcoming atmosphere that encourages visitors to spend time during mealtimes and organised events, helping people sustain important relationships with friends and family.
