Forrester Court

Forrester Court provides care and support for up to 113 people requiring nursing and personal care across three floors divided into six units. At the time of inspection, 98 people were using the service. Three units cater for people with nursing needs, two for those requiring residential care including some with early onset dementia, and one unit specializes in palliative care. A registered manager was in post.

During the inspection, inspectors found that the provider had completed previous actions to improve safe staffing levels and governance. The service continues to operate with appropriate management structures in place to support the diverse needs of its residents across the different care units.
