The CQC rated the service outstanding overall, finding that care was built around each person's individual needs and wishes, with staff working hard to promote independence, choice and dignity.

Inspectors found people were supported by skilled, well-trained staff with enough of them on duty, and medicines were managed safely. Relatives spoke highly of both staff and the registered manager, describing a home that had made a real difference to their family members' lives.
