About Lonsdale House
Lonsdale House accommodates up to 15 people requiring nursing or personal care who have mental health conditions. At the time of inspection, 13 people were living at the home. People using the service were supported safely and staff demonstrated knowledge of residents' choices and preferences, treating them with respect and care. Residents had freedom to access the community and participated in activities supported by staff, with encouragement toward independence.
