Longueville Court

Longueville Court is a care home providing personal and nursing care, including support for people at the end of their life. The CQC found people generally felt safe and well cared for, supported by skilled staff and good access to healthcare professionals such as GPs and chiropodists. Care was person centred and continuity between services was well managed.

However, inspectors identified a breach of regulations around governance, as not all risks were consistently acted upon despite being identified. Some interactions fell short of expected standards of dignity and privacy, and staffing levels were not always sufficient. The provider and manager responded positively to feedback and had begun making improvements.
