Longueville Court

Longueville Court provides accommodation, nursing, and personal care for up to 109 adults, some living with dementia. At inspection, 101 people were resident at the service. The home has implemented several measures to support residents' wellbeing and safety. Two outside visiting pods with screens, intercoms, and emergency call bells allow family visits by appointment, with scheduled gaps between visits for cleaning and to prevent contact between visitors. Staff help residents use computer tablets to video call family and friends, promoting social connection. End of life visits also take place in the home. External visitors follow a meet and greet protocol on arrival, with personal protective equipment available when needed. People isolate in their rooms for 14 days when returning from external health appointments or following recent admission.
