Eagle Wood Neurological Care Centre

Eagle Wood Neurological Care Centre provides accommodation across five units for up to 105 people with complex health needs, including neurological rehabilitation, long term neurological conditions and early onset dementia. The CQC rated the service Good overall, following an assessment prompted by concerns raised about safety and management, and inspectors found no significant issues.

People received safe, well managed care, with risks identified and handled effectively. Staff knew people well, treated them with kindness, and supported independence, while the management team was open, transparent and responsive to concerns raised by people and relatives.
