Little Paddocks

Little Paddocks provides residential care and personal support for up to eight autistic people and those with learning disabilities. At the time of inspection, all eight places were occupied.

While the home had recruitment processes in place to ensure staff safety, these were not consistently effective, leading to a recommendation for improvement. Relatives expressed concerns about involvement in care planning and reviews, and felt they were not always kept informed of changes within the service. Communication regarding concerns from families was also identified as an area needing attention, with some feeling their issues were not addressed promptly by staff.
