Little Croft Care Home

Little Croft Care Home accommodates up to 41 people requiring personal and nursing care. At inspection, 35 residents were living at the home. The service fell short of safe staffing levels during night shifts, with only two staff present on numerous occasions when three were required. This created delays in care delivery, particularly problematic for residents needing two-person support. Inspectors identified significant gaps in medicines management, including unattended locked medicines trolleys left in the dining room and inaccurate medicines administration records. These shortfalls posed risks to residents' safety and wellbeing.
