Kenver House Limited

Kenver House is a care home providing support to older people living with dementia, with 27 people living there at the time of the assessment. The CQC found the service was performing well overall and rated it good. Sufficient staff were in place, recruitment checks were safe, the home was clean and well-maintained, and incidents were reviewed to identify learning.

Inspectors found staff treated people with kindness and empathy, supporting choice and independence. Care plans were personalised, and activities reflected people's interests. People and relatives spoke positively, describing staff as caring and attentive, and management systems were found to identify and resolve issues effectively.
