Kenver House Limited

Kenver House Limited accommodates 30 older people who require nursing or personal care, with 28 residents living there at the time of inspection across two floors. Residents were relaxed, comfortable and confident in their home, welcoming inspectors throughout the visit. Relatives provided positive feedback about the service, and staff expressed pride in the care they delivered.

All staff understood their responsibility to keep people safe from harm. Residents were supported to take risks while promoting their independence, with risks properly assessed and safety plans implemented accordingly.
