Edgemont House

Edgemont House is a small care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 14 older people, including some living with dementia. The CQC rated the service good overall, an improvement from its previous requires improvement rating, following particular focus on safety and leadership.

Inspectors found a friendly, well-run home where staff encourage social activities and celebrate special occasions to support residents' wellbeing. Feedback from residents, relatives and professionals was consistently positive, describing a homely atmosphere and hardworking staff who had made clear improvements since the last inspection.
