Link House

Link House provides nursing and personal care for up to 52 people, mostly older adults living with dementia. The three-floor building was operating at near capacity with 49 residents at the time of inspection, approximately half of whom have nursing needs. The service has undergone significant improvement following the appointment of new managers, with residents and staff reporting positive changes over the past 12 months. One resident stated, "I am very happy living here and I think the new managers have done a really good job improving things for everyone who lives and works here."

The home has addressed previous concerns around safety and leadership. Inspectors found that staff now have clear guidance on managing identified risks, medicines are stored safely, and staff receive appropriate training and support. Governance systems are now operating effectively, and people report feeling safe and confident that their concerns will be addressed.
