Link House

The CQC carried out this assessment after concerns were raised by the local authority, and it rated the home good overall, following an inspection focused on safety and leadership.

Inspectors found a relaxed, calm atmosphere with kind and compassionate staff. People and relatives spoke positively about their care, describing staff as friendly and attentive. Risks were well managed, medicines handled safely, and staffing levels were adequate.

Managers were visible and supportive, with a culture of openness, learning and continuous improvement.
