Staff demonstrate understanding and encouragement, implementing positive behaviour support and working effectively with healthcare professional guidelines. Changes in people's needs are responded to immediately, with staff going beyond expectations to ensure additional support when required.

People feel cared for and treated as valued individuals.

The service successfully supports people transitioning from acute hospital services, helping them work through and manage their symptoms and become more independent. In some cases, people progress to living more autonomously, reflecting the service's commitment to facilitating meaningful recovery and progress for those in their care.
