Linden Manor

Linden Manor is a residential care home in the UK, providing personal care for up to 28 older people, including those living with dementia, physical disabilities and sensory impairment. The CQC rated the service Requires Improvement, noting this is the fourth consecutive inspection with this rating. Inspectors found breaches relating to safe care and treatment and governance, including incomplete risk assessments and ineffective audits.

Despite this, feedback from people and relatives was largely positive. Families felt loved ones were well cared for, the home was clean, and food and communication were good. The CQC has told the provider it must make further improvements.
