Lancum House accommodates up to 43 people in a purpose-built residential care home providing personal and nursing care on a single floor, with communal dining and social areas plus an accessible garden. At inspection, 22 residents were living there.

People receive safe care with risk assessments in place that are regularly reviewed as needs change. Staff understand safeguarding procedures and safe recruitment practices ensure staff suitability. The home has improved staffing since the previous inspection, with a stable team working effectively together who meet residents' care needs.
