Inspectors found improvements since the last assessment, including better needs assessments and appropriate DoLS notifications, but identified continuing breaches around medicines management, risk management and governance, including a lack of oversight of constipation risk monitoring. Staff were found to be kind, attentive and well trained in safeguarding, and people and relatives spoke positively about the care, feeling safe, well looked after and well informed.
