Hythe View

Hythe Nursing Home is a large detached house in a quiet residential area providing nursing care and support for up to 40 older people, most living with dementia and those requiring support with additional health needs such as diabetes. The service had 39 residents at the time of inspection.

Staff demonstrate good safeguarding awareness and know how to recognise abuse, expressing confidence that the manager would take appropriate action on any concerns raised. Risks to people and the environment are properly assessed with mitigation plans in place. Medicines are managed safely and administered according to individual preferences.
