Creedy House

Creedy House accommodates up to 44 older people, currently supporting 39 residents, many of whom are living with dementia. The service provides personal and nursing care within a residential setting.

During inspection, visitors were required to complete health questionnaires, have their temperature checked, and were provided with Personal Protective Equipment. Staff encouraged residents who liked to walk around the home to use designated separate communal areas, prioritising their safety and maintaining social distance. For people isolating in their rooms, staff kept them occupied by singing and chatting with them regularly.
