Bethany Lodge provides residential care and support, including help with health conditions and daily living. It followed a targeted review after concerns were raised about risk management and governance, but the CQC found no breaches of regulation, and the home remains rated Good overall.

Inspectors found medicines were managed safely, staff knew how to safeguard people, and care plans, while needing minor improvements, gave clear guidance. Staff were kind and well supported, and the registered manager had effective oversight. Some people wanted more opportunities to go out and take part in activities, which staff and management were already working to address.
