Bethany House Care Home

Bethany House Care Home provides personal care and support to people who need help with daily living. The CQC found the service was performing well overall, with no breaches of regulation identified. Incidents and safeguarding concerns were reported and investigated properly, staff had completed relevant training, and medicines were managed safely.

Governance had improved, with a registered manager driving progress through regular meetings and effective auditing. Care plans had also improved, though some still needed further work, which the registered manager was aware of. People and relatives spoke positively about staff, describing them as kind, respectful and approachable.
