Limetree Care Home

Limetree Care Centre is a nursing home providing personal and nursing care to 87 people aged 65 and over across an adapted three-floor building with capacity for up to 92 residents. The service is now adequately staffed with permanent employees rather than temporary agency workers, which has improved care quality as staff are more familiar with residents' individual needs and routines. People reported being happy with the standard of care and support they receive.

Staff demonstrate competence in managing risk and keeping residents safe, with thorough assessments of staff suitability conducted regularly. The premises are maintained to high hygiene standards following best practice guidelines for infection prevention and control. Safeguarding concerns are appropriately managed, and incidents and accidents are regularly audited to prevent recurrence. Residents receive their medicines as prescribed and benefit from person-centred care plans that enable staff to provide personalised support. People are supported to participate in activities reflecting their social interests and to maintain relationships with family and friends.
