About Liberty House
Liberty House is a residential home providing personal care to seven people, some with mental health needs and others with a learning disability. The service operates from an adapted residential property and had six residents at the time of inspection.
The home does not consistently apply principles that support people to live as full a life as possible with control, choice and independence. Inspectors found that the service was not consistently following best practice guidance to help people with learning disabilities and autism live as ordinary a life as any citizen.
