Bank Close House

Bank Close House provides personal care for up to 27 people over 65 with dementia or physical needs. The home is set across two buildings connected by a glass walkway, with communal seating and dining areas, bathrooms, and bedrooms spread across the upper floors. During inspection, 14 people were receiving care at the service.

While the provider had made various improvements, these had not yet become embedded in daily practice. At the time of inspection, there was no registered manager, though the provider had ensured a quality manager from their organization maintained a daily presence at the home.
