Lee Mount Residential Home provides personal care for up to 25 people, some living with dementia. Inspectors found people were safeguarded from harm, medicines were managed safely, and residents had good access to health professionals, with the home working well alongside other services.

Care was person centred to a notably high standard, with staff going out of their way to help people achieve what mattered to them. Staff were kind, well trained and felt supported by managers who showed strong leadership. People and their relatives spoke positively and felt involved in decisions about their care.
