While people expressed satisfaction with medicines support, records sometimes lacked sufficient detail about administering medicines covertly or managing occasional prescriptions. The provider was recommended to review best practice guidance to ensure safe medicines management.

Staff recruitment followed safe procedures and staffing levels generally met people's needs. The service completed relevant risk assessments and staff demonstrated knowledge of risk reduction strategies with appropriate documentation in place.
