Chester Lodge Care Home

Chester Lodge is an adapted building providing personal and nursing care for up to 40 older people, with 37 residents at the time of inspection. The service is supported by kind and caring staff who have been safely recruited and received training with competency assessments for their roles.

People are protected from the risk of abuse, with safeguarding policies and procedures in place. Staff have received training in keeping people safe and told inspectors they felt confident raising any concerns, which they believed would be promptly acted upon. The home maintains clear and robust procedures for the administration of medicines.
