Delrose

Delrose is a residential care home providing support to a small number of people with a learning disability and autistic people. Following an earlier inspection, the CQC had taken enforcement action over concerns about safety, safeguarding, staffing and governance. This latest assessment found those breaches resolved, with the home now rated Good overall.

Inspectors found people were kept safe, with risks well managed, staff properly trained and recruited, and medicines handled correctly. Relatives praised the manager and reported significant improvements over the past year. Inspectors noted people could benefit from more meaningful activities, and the provider had already begun making changes to address this.
