This residential care home provides personal and nursing care to 43 people, some of whom are living with dementia, with capacity for up to 84 residents. People living at the home are safe, with identified risks managed through appropriate mitigation actions. The provider uses a dependency tool to ensure adequate staffing levels to meet people's needs in a timely manner. Medicines are administered as prescribed, and accidents and incidents are recorded and analysed to identify trends and patterns. The registered manager has implemented new systems to improve staff recording practices. Staff demonstrate strong safeguarding knowledge, having received appropriate training and understanding the actions to take if abuse is suspected.
