Larchfield provides residential and personal care for up to 41 residents, most of whom have complex mental health needs. The service accommodates 38 people at the time of inspection across two floors, with all bedrooms featuring ensuite toilet and handwashing facilities.

The home maintains a robust COVID testing programme for both residents and staff in line with government guidance, with appropriate procedures in place for managing symptoms or positive cases. All visitors, including healthcare professionals, are subject to screening measures to protect residents and staff.
