Hand sanitiser was readily available throughout the home. Up-to-date infection control policies were consistently followed, with daily management briefings keeping staff informed about COVID-19 procedures.

The home supported residents in maintaining contact with family and friends through technology, helping to reduce isolation during restricted visiting periods.
