Lanercost House - Carlyle Suite

Lanercost House - Carlyle Suite provides specialist dementia care for up to 15 people with complex needs. During inspection, 13 residents were being cared for at the service. Relatives expressed strong satisfaction with the quality of care, describing their family members as happy and relaxed in the home's environment. One relative stated, "We have no concerns at all. My family member is safe and very well looked after."

The service had made notable improvements since the previous inspection, particularly in how risks were assessed, monitored and communicated to staff. People received their planned care consistently, and the provider demonstrated a commitment to learning from feedback and implementing positive changes to enhance the quality of care delivery.
