Kingston Court Care Home

Kingston Court Care Home provides accommodation, nursing and personal care for up to 80 people with physical and mental health conditions, including those living with dementia. At the time of assessment, 75 people were using the service, and the CQC rated it Good overall.

Inspectors found kind, well-trained staff, plentiful food, and a strong activities programme supporting independence. Some gaps were noted, including visitor sign-in lapses and a door code that had not been changed, along with a few comments about staffing levels and communication. These were being addressed, and safeguarding concerns had been handled appropriately with the local authority.
