This was a responsive assessment following concerns raised about care and a previous incident, and the service remains rated Good overall.

Inspectors found people felt safe, well cared for and supported by a kind, dedicated staff team who promoted independence and choice. However, governance needed improvement, as some issues should have been identified sooner through the provider's own systems, and the duty of candour was not fully embedded following a recent incident, with the registered manager apologising to the family involved.
