Landscore House

Landscore House is a residential care home for up to 14 older people, with 13 residents at the time of inspection. The home provides both short and long-term care for older people, with nursing care delivered through the local community health team. The single adapted building spans two floors and includes a stair lift to assist people with limited mobility.

The service continues to maintain its good rating from the previous inspection in January 2016. Inspectors found no evidence of serious risks or concerns during this visit, with findings continuing to support the good rating previously achieved.
