About Lancaster House

Lancaster House provides rehabilitative support and accommodation for ten adults with enduring mental health needs in a large terraced property in a residential area close to Blackburn town centre. The service maintains strong safeguarding practices, with individual risk assessments in place for each person's health care needs and environmental risks carefully considered to protect residents, staff and visitors. Medicines are managed safely.
