Hollymount provides personal care to up to 38 older people, including those living with dementia and people requiring mental health or physical health support. The service operates from a two-storey building with a rear annex, and had 34 residents at the time of inspection.

Inspectors found that medicines were not managed safely across the home, though some improvements were made following the inspection. Care staff expressed mixed views about staffing levels, with inspectors recommending the service implement staffing tools to better assess adequate staffing.
