Lakeside View Nursing Home

Lakeside View Nursing Home provides nursing and personal care for up to 49 people, including those living with dementia. Following an assessment of several key areas, the CQC rated the service good overall, in line with its previous inspection.

Inspectors found good practice around risk management, staffing levels, safeguarding and staff skills, with people treated kindly and with respect. Some improvements were needed in end of life care planning, medicines management and mental capacity assessments, though the registered manager took prompt action to address these. Residents and relatives reported feeling safe and well cared for.
