Lyndale Nursing Home

This care home provides residential and nursing care for up to 25 older people across three floors with a large garden. At inspection, 23 people were living there. The home has implemented improvements to safety following previous concerns, with regular environmental checks and robust risk management in place.

Staff follow best practice guidance for infection prevention and control. The service supports people to make choices about their care in the least restrictive way possible.

Residents and their relatives described staff as caring and kind, with dedicated team members motivated to provide safe, high-quality and individualised care. People benefit from a well-led service where their safety and wellbeing are prioritised.
