Inspectors found leadership and oversight weak, with audits not fully embedded, low staff morale, inconsistent staff meetings and poor training completion.

People and relatives described staff as caring but stretched, with too few on duty and little time for social contact. There were no organised activities, though the home was clean, comfortable and personalised. Staff treated people with dignity, knocking before entering rooms and explaining care.
