Lake View Nursing Home

Lake View Nursing Home provides nursing and personal care to up to 46 people, supporting younger and older adults with physical disabilities, mental health conditions, dementia and sensory impairments. The service operates across one adapted two-storey building.

During inspection, some fire safety checks had not been completed, though these were scheduled imminently. Building and equipment safety risks had not been fully identified, but management resolved these issues immediately upon feedback. While quality audits were in place and regularly completed, they were not always effective at identifying all issues. When problems were identified, the home took action to address them.
