Ladyville Lodge accommodates up to 38 people requiring nursing or dementia care, with 31 residents at the time of inspection. The two-storey home features adapted facilities and en-suite rooms. Residents reported feeling safe, though the property required maintenance work including repairs to windows, doors and outdoor disposal areas, which the provider had planned to address.

Medicines were managed safely, and risks to residents' health were properly assessed and managed. The home maintained appropriate staffing levels with safe recruitment procedures in place.

Infection prevention and control procedures minimised the risk of infections spreading, and accidents and incidents were reviewed to prevent recurrence.
