Staff treat people with kindness and compassion, knowing individual preferences and involving residents and relatives in care decisions. Dignity and respect are maintained throughout the home.

Residents confirmed they feel safe with care staff. The home has policies and procedures in place for safeguarding and whistle-blowing concerns, and staff demonstrate clear understanding of how to raise issues when needed. Staff recruitment follows safe practices, and teams receive appropriate training with good standards of infection prevention and control evident across the service.
