Following a safeguarding notification about an incident at the service, the CQC carried out an assessment and found no outstanding concerns, concluding that people living there were safe and receiving good quality care overall.

Inspectors found a positive culture where people felt safe and protected, with staff confident in recognising and responding to abuse concerns. Recruitment checks were carried out safely, and care records reflected people's needs and wishes. People and relatives spoke warmly of staff and the visible, approachable management team, describing care as kind, attentive and reliable.
