Kirby Grange Residential Home

Kirby Grange Residential Care Home provides accommodation and personal care to up to 31 people aged 65 and over, with 25 people currently using the service. Staff know residents well and deliver safe, compassionate care. Detailed care plans are in place that reflect how each person wishes to receive their care, with support tailored to individual needs and preferences. All residents and relatives spoken with were complimentary about the care provided.

Health risks are identified, monitored and reviewed regularly to track changes in residents' needs. The home maintains robust infection control policies and staff follow guidance on infectious disease prevention. Medicines are managed safely by staff who have received training and had their competency checked. Staff obtain residents' consent to care.
