Kingsley House

Kingsley House provides personal and nursing care to up to 37 older people, including those living with dementia or age-related frailty. At inspection, 27 people were using the service.

People received their medicines safely and in a timely manner. The provider was strengthening governance procedures to ensure medicines were managed consistently in accordance with current guidance and best practice.

Staff had received training in recognising safeguarding concerns and understood the actions needed to protect people from harm. Recruitment processes were in place, with appropriate checks carried out before staff were appointed.
