This residential care home provides short-term accommodation and 24-hour care and support for up to 15 people living with mental illness across two floors. At inspection, 14 people were resident at the service. The home maintains robust recruitment checks to ensure staff suitability and provides relevant training to all staff members with regular refreshers to maintain compliance.

Staffing levels are adequate to meet residents' needs.

People are protected from abuse through trained safeguarding staff who confidently report concerns and trust that investigations will follow. Care plans are individualised based on risk assessments, giving staff the information needed to manage identified risks effectively. The service systematically records and monitors all accidents and incidents to ensure residents' safety and wellbeing.
