Kings House

Kings House provides care and support for up to 18 adults, focusing on mental wellbeing and independence. At the time of the CQC's assessment, 15 people were living there. Inspectors found risks to people's health and wellbeing were well managed, staff were confident in raising concerns, and recruitment and training practices kept people safe.

The CQC found a culture of encouragement and empowerment, with staff committed to helping people live full lives. People described Kings House as home, spoke warmly of staff kindness, and felt involved in decisions, including choices about décor. The service was rated Good overall.
