Meyrick Cottage

Meyrick Cottage provides personal care for up to six people with a learning disability and/or autistic people. Inspectors visited following concerns about safety and leadership, but found the service to be safe and well-led overall, and rated Good.

Staff knew people well and supported person-centred care, with care plans and risk assessments in place and medicines managed safely. People communicated in different ways, including speech, signs and communication aids, and told inspectors they felt happy and safe. A relative praised staff's knowledge of their family member, and people were supported to pursue interests and take part in their community.
