St. George�s Nursing Home

St Georges Nursing Home and Home Care provides personal and nursing care to 41 residents aged 65 and over in a part purpose-built, part converted premises with capacity for up to 56 people. The home offers accommodation and care as a single package for older adults requiring residential support.

People were safe at the service, with significant improvements made to safety measures. Staff received training in health and safety and safeguarding, and understood the actions to take in response to accidents or suspected abuse. The administration of medicines had been improved through implementation of an electronic system that provided the clinical manager with daily reports, ensuring clear oversight of medication management.
